Terms of participation: the contest is free, and no obligation to purchase is necessary to enter, and entry is open to any individual residing in the following countries who has reached the age of majority in the country, state, province or locality in which they reside: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico), the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania. To validate their participation, users must (1) subscribe to the @pokelele.paradise page, and (2) post a vacation photo by tagging the name of our page @pokelele.paradise. Participants are invited to tag friends, without obligation, to share this contest with them.
Ineligible participants: Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a prize: (a) employees or agents of Hana Group France SAS and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the contest; and (c) persons who are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. All national, provincial, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Designation of the winner: a randomdraw will take place on October 4, 2022. The winner will be announced on October 4, 2022. On the same day, he/she will be contacted on Facebook or Instagram, depending on his/her mode of participation, via private messaging. The winner must respond within three (3) days of the private message being sent and provide full contact information (last name, first name, phone, email, home mailing address). If the winner does not reply within three (3) days following the sending of the private message, he or she will forfeit the prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, prize or compensation whatsoever. In this case, or in the event that the winner does not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize will not be awarded and will be acquired by the Organizer. Any costs or expenses incurred by the winners in claiming or using their prizes will be the responsibility of the winners. Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutes. Prize is non-transferrable and will only be awarded to the winner. Hana Group France SAS reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons not related to the winner.
Delivery of prizes and terms of use of the prizes: the designated winner who is eligible for the prize will receive his/her prize within one month of the end of the contest by mail.
